This application has been filed praying to take the report on record, to permit the learned Official Liquidator to withdraw the Comp.A.No.63 of 2022, since the time is already lapsed and to extend the period of disbursement of dividend for further three months from the date of receipt of the orders of this Court.

2.Heard the learned Official Liquidator.

3.The report of the learned Official Liquidator is taken on record. Since time sought has already been lapsed, the learned Official Liquidator is permitted to withdraw the application in Comp.A.No.63 of 2022. 4.As far as the extension of time is concerned, the learned Official Liquidator submitted that the delay was due to the collection of details from the workmen and thus he seeks three more months for disbursement of 1/3

dividend from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. This Court is KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J.
