This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9812 in Crl.O.P.No.11842 of 2023, dated 21.07.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is filed in this case and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
