JUDGMENT

The first appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2017 in O.S.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Fast Track Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2.Pending the appeal, the parties have settled the issues amicably between themselves and also they filed a memorandum of compromise dated 24.10.2021, to that effect.

3.The said memorandum of compromise has been signed by both side parties, in which the 1st appellant signed for herself and on behalf of the 2nd appellant, similarly the 1st respondent signed for herself and on behalf of the 3rd respondent. All the parties are identified by their respective counsel. This Court also enquired both the parties and is satisfied that they have come to an amicable settlement between themselves. 4.The terms of the Memorandum of Compromise are recorded. The said Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the decree. The Appeal Suit is disposed of, in terms of the said Memorandum of Compromise. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
