ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking extension of ordinary leave for a period of thirty days from 20.09.2019 to 20.10.2019 to the petitioner's husband Mohamed Jakir, S/o.Muthu Mohamed, aged 51 years, Convict Prisoner No.14681 confined in the Central Prison, Vellore (now on leave), the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the convict has returned back to prison. 3.In view of the above, no further orders are required and this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
