When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.647 of 2022 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, direction is issued to the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, to complete the trial at the earliest.
