This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent and his subordinates from interfering with the petitioner's educational institutions, taking water to their campus from the well situated in the land comprised in S.No.131/1A of Molapalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Heard Mr.P.Navaneethakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
