Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.XAVIER FELIX, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11471 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4529 of 2021 on 11.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
