The present Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to recognise the Power of Attorney executed by the petitioner on 29.11.2023 and to permit the petitioner herein to represent the revision petitioner in the above revision and to accept the cause title in the above revision respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the respective affidavits, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Revision Petitions, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main cases for admission on 29.08.2025.
