for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records, relating to the detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order passed in C.M.P.No.118/Goonda/Salem City/2022 dated 21.09.2022 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent herein to produce the petitioner's daughter Jayajothi (age 23), D/o.Ganesan before this Hon'ble High Court and set her at liberty from detention, who is now detained at Special Prison for Women, Coimbatore.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 27.10.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.7123 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
