Crl.MP.No.13730 of 2019 in Crl.A.SR.No.45655 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 112 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.45655 of 2019, against the judgment dated 28.03.2019, made in S.C.No.35 of 2018, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 112 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.45655 of 2019, against the judgment dated 28.03.2019, made in S.C.No.35 of 2018, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
