ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of IDOP No.276 of 2020, filed by the husband seeking divorce, pending on the file of the Principal District Thiruvallur, to the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. The petitioner-wife would submit that the distance between her residence and the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur, is far and she cannot travel each time to attend the hearings. Further, the petitioner has no one to accompany her to the Court and she is dependant on her aged parents for her day-to-day expenses.

3. Heard the learned counsel and perused the records.

4. Considering the reasons given by the wife and also taking into account the fact that the wife is residing within the jurisdiction of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram, the above petition is allowed and accordingly, I.D.O.P.No.276 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2020, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur, is transferred to the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
