ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 448, 294(b), 387, 392, 506(ii) and 397 of IPC in Crime No.514 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant who is working as a Site Incharge at PST Engineering Constructions Site Office and on 19.06.2021, one unknown person suddenly entered into his site office and he had warned the defacto complainant of dire consequences if he continues his business again on 02.07.

2021, 4 unknown persons entered into the site office and threatened him with knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.2,000/- by stating that he should not continues his business without indulging in mediation with the petitioner and other accused person. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor raised strong objection by stating that there are nine previous cases pending as against petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the fact that there are nine previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
