This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court on 30.04.2019 in W.P No.13619 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P No.13619 of 2019 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Contp No.1695 of 2019 30.04.2019, the respondent has passed a final order vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.429/2019 bjhntTfr dated 09.08.2019 and thereby complied the order of this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is open to the writ petitioner to challenge the aforesaid proceedings.
