The petitioner states that she is running a bunk shop under a license given by the Puducherry Municipality. The petitioner states that when the matter was listed for hearing on 30.08.2019, her counsel was engaged before another Court. Consequently, the petition was dismissed for default. The petitioner further avers that a mention was made to the learned Judge soon after dismissal, but the petitioner was advised to file restoration petition. Hence, this petition. 1/3

2. This petition has been filed without any delay.

3. Mr.M.Nirmal Kumar, who appears for the respondents, does not have serious objection for the restoration.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition in WMP No. 30950 of 2019 is allowed.

5. List WMP 25449 of 2019 on 08.01.2026.

6. Mr.K.S.Ilangovan shall serve entire papers on the learned counsel for the respondents.
