This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23333 of 2022 on 27.09.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur, on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
