This petition is filed to condone the delay of 123 days in representing the CMA to the award against the judgement and decree dated 09.12.2021 and made in MACT.OP.No.142 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (in the Court of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee).

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.5236 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
