The prayer in the writ petition is to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025.

Upon hearing Mr.A.Kripakaran, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent, it can be seen that the case of the petitioner is that one Mohanraj, son of Chandrasekaran, approached the petitioner, handed over the RC book and relevant documents and by creating hypothecation, obtained a loan. Subsequently, the said person turned around and falsely lodged a complaint as if he had lost the RC book and other documents. As a result, the petitioner is being enquired as if he had stolen the documents. In that view of the matter, the present representation is made.

3. A perusal thereof, it can be seen that it is in the nature of a countercomplaint to the complaint given by the said Mohanraj.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that this representation will be duly considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

5. Recording the above, the writ petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. Needless to mention that action shall be taken within fifteen (15) days from 2/4

the date of receipt of the web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy.
