This petition is filed to condone the delay of 287 days in representing CMA against the judgment and decree dated 01.03.2019, made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.86 of 2018 on the file of the Special Motor Accident Compensation Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.49660 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.

4.It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellants succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to any interest for 287 days.
