The application in A.No.3636 of 2025 has been filed by the petitioner seeking leave of this Court to raise additional grounds in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.24 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents in A.No.3636 of 2025 has submitted that he has no objection for allowing this application without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to raise all objections in the main O.P.

3. Accordingly, this application i.e., A.No.3636 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to raise all objections in the main O.P.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in terms of this order in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.24 of 2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks time to file a comprehensive written arguments incorporating the additional grounds raised by the applicant/petitioner through A.No.3636 of 2025.
