2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties to the litigation have reunited and that the disputes arose between them have been settled. Therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to dismiss this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
