CRIME NO.1262/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, imposed on the petitioner by order of this Hon'ble Court on 11/11/2021 in Crl.OP.No.21142 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.SUDHAKAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21142 of 2021 on 11.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
