order vide Cr.MP.No.54/Drug Offender/2025 dated 07.07.2025 passed by the Second Respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioners` husband namely Rosidul Hoque S/o. Jamsed Ali Aged 29 years (who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison Coimbatore before this Hon`ble Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.5223, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 20.08.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submissions, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
