ORDER

Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 19.08.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side and without going into merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 19.08.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
