Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to notification No.Na.Ka.328/2021/A3(M) dated 23.08.2024 issued by the second respondent, quash the same and direct the first and second respondents to license and allocate small shops of an extent of 20 sq.ft. or thereabouts on the twin parcels of land that are subject matter of the aforesaid notification to small and micro traders plying flower business around or in the vicinity of the Panneerselvam Flower Market in Coimbatore. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Notification dated 23.08.2024 in Na.Ka.328/2021/A3(M) issued by the second respondent.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the tender notification itself is now cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
