ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Na.Ka. 4583/ 2022/ A1 dated 22.08.2023, on the file of the fifth respondent herein, and to

quash the same, and direct the first respondent to consider the petition dated 31.12.2021 made by the Petitioner and proceed with Na.Ka. 0098/ 2021/ E2 dated 01.02.2022, on the file of the fourth respondent and complete the same within the time fame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.In view of the fact that Government had issued G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 06.01.2025, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (PR-1) Department, abolishing the panchayat and placing the Block Development Officers in-charge with object to call for fresh election for the panchayat, the issues raised in the writ petition have now become infructuous.
