This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 257 days in representing the above second appeal.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai on or before 14.02.2023. On payment of Rs.1,000/-, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
