This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the decree dated 28.03.2016 in the above appeal so as to including the following:- "a) After Item No.5 of Property in Schedule "B":

"Comprised in New T.S.No.E9/157, Old T.S.Nos.2427, 2428, 2429"

b) After Item No.6 of Property in Schedule "B":

"New T.S.No.E9/64, Old T.S.No.2543"."

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. This petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the decree and issue a fresh copy of the order.
