PRAYER This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned notice in Na.Ka.No.03/DSP/PEW/CUD/2025 dated 04.07.2025 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, contrary and as against the nature of justice and consequently directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to remand back the case property under judicial custody to prove the petitioner facts in the manner known to law.
