This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR No.45811 of 2025 against the Judgment of conviction dated 06.02.2024 made in Spl.S.C.No.65 of 2022 on the file of the learned Mahila Court (Fast Track), Udhagamandalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 53' days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
