NO. 18042 of 2021 and pass any other order as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.KAITHAMALAI KUMARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12206 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18042 of 2021 on 26.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that since the petitioner is a Government Official, he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
