ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the 1st detenue and father of the 2nd detenue seeking for a diretion to the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Siva Sakthi, aged about 27 years and his minor daughter namely Krithika, who is aged bout 2 1/2 years before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. The petitioner is not present before this Court. The detenue along with her minor daughter is present before this Court. The detenue states that since the petitioner tortured her, she left the matrimonial home and staying separately and there is no illegal detention.

3. Since the 1st detenue is aged 27 years and the minor detenue is with the mother, there is no illegal detention. Recording the above statement made by the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (J.NISHA BANU, J.) (S. SOUNTHAR, J.) 19-09-2025 vsi
