(CR.NO.196/2021.) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order of Anticipatory bail passed in Crl.OP.No.22595 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021 by modifying the condition to deposit a sum of RS.400000/- and pass such further or other order.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JAGANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22596 of 2021 on 02.12.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- instead of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of Crime Number and also conceded the same to be disbursed to the defacto complainant. All other conditions remain unaltered.
