ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner is a member of the second respondent, apart from being an owner's association, which is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The petitioner alleged that the affairs of second respondent are in an absolute disarray and are being conducted in abject violation of the provisions of the Act. He submits that he has preferred a complaint, dated 24.07.2023 to the first respondent. 3.Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

5.This Court now directs the first respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner, and to hold an enquiry, if it felt necessary to hear all those who are likely to be affected by his decision and then to dispose of the complaint within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of an online copy or the date on which the order is hosted in the official website, whichever is earlier.

6.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly with the above direction. No costs.
