O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case on the petitioner complaint dated 20.09.2021, given by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.276 of 2021 on 20.09.2021 and the case has been closed on 19.11.2021. He further submits that the closure report is yet to be served to the petitioner. 4.Considering the submission and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.276 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 19.11.2021. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner would take appropriate action according to law.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
