(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The scheme in question of which petitioner seeks enforcement through representation dated 17.9.2016, as per the petition itself, was only made applicable from 2002 to 2004. Thus, it is for the Government to decide whether it would like to have an enlarged application of the scheme or not and no mandamus can be issued in this behalf.
The petition is dismissed. No costs.
