JUDGMENT

2. Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) submits that in a separate writ petition bearing W.P.No.5510 of 2023 (Murugan v. The Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Chennai-34 and others) under the order dated 2.3.2023 directions were given to the petitioner to deposit Rs.10 lakh and, on such payment being made, the fourth respondent therein was to remove the lock and seal. According to learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE), the lock and seal has been removed on payment of Rs.10 lakh on 25.4.2023.

3. As none appears for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.13543 of 2023 is closed.
