Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of declaration to declare that the selection of benefiaries for the allotment of the house sites pattas in respect of house sites in Plot Nos.69 to 99 and Plot Nos.101 to 112 situated in Survey Nos.244/1B, 244/4 and 244/5 of Pungathur Village, Udumalaipettai Taluk, Thirupur District and consequential allotment to the said house sites to the said beneficiaries in so far selection of the said beneficiaries who, or whose spouse, already own house is illegal, unconstitutional, corrupt practice and fraud on the State and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the house site pattas issued by the 2nd respondent and to select afresh the beneficiaries who, or whose spouse, do not own any house anywhere and in accordance with law and accordingly to consider the petitioners for allotment of the said house sites. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
