This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in order passed by the 2nd respondent in No. 15766/A3/2015 dated 30.06.2016 and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
