This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2019 in C.S.R.No.1446 of 2019.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 12.10.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a liberty challenge the closure report, if the petitioner chosen to do so.
