PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records in FIR Crime No.109 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against this petitioner.

Though the petitioner herein has sought for quashing of the FIR, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet, within a stipulated time.

2.
