This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 166 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment of conviction imposed in Spl.S.C.No.82 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 166 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
