C.M.P.Nos.26610, 26607, 26605 and 26601 of 2023 in S.A.Sr.No.82569 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To relieve mother of petitioner/appellants 10 and 11 from as acting as a guardian.

ii. To declare the petitioner/appellant-11 as major to continue with the prosecution of the second appeal.

iii. To declare the petitioner/appellant-10 as major to continue with the prosecution of the second appeal.

iv. To accept the cause title of the Second Appeal

2. Heard both the counsels.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Call the matter on 03.01.2024.
