ORDER

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 324 I.P.C. read with Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
