JUDGMENT
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that she had entered appearance by filing Vakalat on 11.09.2024. Also the learned Counsel who entered appearance claims that the Appellant and the legal heirs of the Sole
Respondent had entered into amicable settlement. Therefore the Appellant is not intended to proceed with the Appeal.
2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent appeared through virtual mode and submits that they have returned the case records to the Respondents. Therefore, the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent shall be deleted.
3. Registry is directed to remove the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent and print the name of the Respondent in the cause list.
4. Memo filed by the learned Counsel for the Appellant dated 11.07.2024 is recorded.
5. The Appeal is dismissed as settled between the parties. The Appellant is entitled to refund of Court fee. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
