PRAYER: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the written representation of the writ petitioner dated 17.07.2023 as per law within time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the respondents to release the insurance policy amount covering the Insurance policy No.411500/31/2021/2703 in respect of the vehicle No.TN 04 AK 9969 Ashok Leyland Lorry AL 2516.

The petitioner has filed a representation/application for disbursement of the insurance amount covered under the Insurance policy No.411500/31/2021/2703 in respect of the vehicle No.TN 04 AK 9969 Ashok Leyland Lorry AL 2516 and the same is pending with the respondents.

2.The respondents are now required to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same, if necessary after giving a right of hearing to the petitioner, withing a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
