ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to take further action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 11.02.2019 before the 3rd respondent/The Inspector of Police, Sholavaram as well as on the 1st and 2nd respondents (by registered post on 14.02.2019) in accordance with law and take necessary legal action.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and closed on 23.07.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in this present petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
