PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to conclude the enquiry conducted pursuant to the summons issued to the petitioner on 12.07.2024, 07.05.2025, 15.05.2025 and 24.06.2025 in connection with CSR No.422 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024 in accordance with law.

The very relief is sought for in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner has given a complaint, but the same has not been enquired properly.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that CSR has been registered, however, the petitioner has not co-operated despite summons. Page No.2 of 4

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will co-operate with the investigation and sought for a direction to complete the investigation.

4. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue notice to the petitioner once again and once the petitioner appears, enquiry shall be conducted and concluded as per law as expeditiously as possible without any further delay. With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
