[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.] Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, namely, Vijay, S/o.Shanmugam, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent passed in Memo No.529/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 27.08.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the son of the petitioner dated 27.08.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4339, dated 30.10.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
