The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order copy was received on 17.10.2019 and the period of six weeks gets expire on the first week of December and thereby, he would seek time till for coomplying the conditional order. He would also submit that the petitioner will be comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, dated 26.09.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.13859/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.986 of 2019.

Post the matter for reporting compliance on 03.12.2019.
