(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition is completely vague as to when the so-called constructions were made raising buildings and godowns on lands, which the petitioner alleges to be agricultural lands. It is also not clear what is the interest or focus of the petitioner in this behalf.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
